This week the designer spotlight at Oscraps is on Fee Jardine, a guest designer. Your Challenge This Week Create a layout using a "serious" photo with a colorful theme! i.e. - scrap a wedding photo or a heritage photo (or something to that effect) but use fun, summery colors for your elements and papers.
