SherrieJD has a new kit called Classic Red , perfect for my new pictures of Haye, wearing his new safetyvest. The other day I found a great challenge at Scrapbookgraphics by Tangie Baxter, Altered Artspirations . This one was about altering in some humorous way a building/monument or landmark! The challenge was already closed but I could not resist making a page. I found my pictures of Stone Henge, removed some stones, replaced them and this is what came out: Stone Wench! Deviant Scrap is a new store and new site, so that means new challenges. This challenge is by Tumble Fish Studios, so it's a Fishy Challenge . And at Scrap Artist the May Transformation Desk Challenge is up. This month the theme is Expect the unexpected. So here's my entry.

At Scrapartist they have a new Artist-to-Artist collaboration of SA designers. This is my page with the part of SherrieJD, called Bad Fog SherrieJD and Tangie Baxter teamed up again and made a special holliday edition for the art dolls collection , it's so fun to play with. I made an ATC dressed myself up for the challenge in the Altered Hearts Zine of december (it won't be long before the next one comes out) and last but not least, I provided some entertainment for Santa, now he's got time to relax! I've also entered the Art Journal Caravan of Tangie Baxter at Scrapbookgraphics. There is a weekly project so at the end of the year I should have lots of pages! My gallery link is in the sideline.

This weeks Altered Hearts Challenge at Scrap Orchard is create an ATC : Take a vintage photo and add some pizzazz. Color it up and make them look fun or funky, sexy or scary, silly or serious. Try drawing on those mustaches and silly eye glasses. pretty much anything goes (keep it clean)! This weeks Altered Hearts Challenge is a fatbook page and it's all about Colour. It's the change of season that inspires changes in colour. Nature's palettes of autumn/fall is almost upon the northern hemisphere, whilst we in the southern hemisphere embrace blossoms in the hope of spring. Do colours inspire you? Do they repel you? Do you find yourself turning to specific colours over and over? Are you soothed by them? Energised?The challenge this month is to express yourself in colour. Perhaps you have a favourite photo that captures the colours you love, perhaps just a season or a just a colour swatch that speaks to you. Come play!! Here's my page:
